Each Client recognises and acknowledges that SkyGen is a Healthcare Facilitation Company helping and guiding patients to obtain regenerative medicine treatment and orthopaedic surgeries in Thailand, and is NOT a Medical Healthcare Provider.
Each patient acknowledges that they understand that individual results of medical care may and will vary between patients depending, in part, on: cause of joint disease, condition of joint, joint type and patient after-care compliance. No new patient case, however similar to a previous patient story or published testimonial, replaces the need for an individual’s medical assessment, approval and independent decision to pursue treatment at one of SkyGen’s partnered hospitals and healthcare centres.
SkyGen assists each Client in the research of participating hospitals and surgeons, procedures available and prices, travel and accommodation options in Thailand and Germany only.
The initial enquiry consultation between SkyGen and the Client or their family/friends is a complimentary (free) service. Once the Client decides to proceed further and the medical assessments and bookings begin, a non-refundable SkyGen Fee may be required for the additional time and resources required for these services.
The Client should be aware of and understand fully the risks associated with any surgical procedure or medical treatment, no matter which country, hospital or surgeon is involved.
Prices quoted in this website are based on standard and non-complicated cases, are current at time of publication and are subject to change without notice. All assessments are done on a case by case basis.
Any costs/quotes mentioned for procedure(s) in all preliminary/initial communications, are estimates only and may not be the final price. Only after a full consultation, discussions, assessment and examinations with medical specialists, additional procedures, modifications or possible health considerations, will the final cost be confirmed.
Prior to surgery, the surgeon may require the Client to undergo laboratory investigations and/or diagnostic examinations to ensure that they are fit for surgery (particularly, men and women over 50 – 55 years). These tests are standard hospital/clinic procedure and may incur a cost to the patient.
Prior to undergoing any surgical procedure in Thailand, each Client will be informed and will have to sign a statement of consent and authorisation for surgery/treatment provided by the Hospital/Clinic and that the client has understood, acknowledged and confirmed all discussions during the consultation with the surgeon.
Any client with a pre-existing condition, eg. Diabetes, Thyroid, Blood Disorders, Anxiety and Depression, must supply a doctors or specialists report or release authorisation to proceed with surgery. Please be aware and understand that every individual is physiologically unique and therefore, results may vary per individual. Also, every individual will recover at varying rates post treatment or surgery.
Unexpected outcomes and complications post surgery or treatment that are not foreseen and are of no fault of the physician, surgeon, clinic or hospital, will be discussed between the patient and surgeon with the aim of resolving to the satisfaction of all parties.
Where a clients remain dissatisfied, mediation between the parties may occur and an arbitration and clinical review process that is responsible for resolving disputes may be involved.
Any travel costs promoted in this website will vary depending on the departure city, destination, accommodation, season and availability.
SkyGen strongly recommends each Client take out travel insurance. Please note, Travel Insurance does not cover any costs relating to elective surgery and treatments.
It’s in the clients best interest to thoroughly read the Product Disclaimer which accompanies all Travel Insurance policies, travel / flight booking and ticketing bought through a third party. Refunds may not be given if you decide to cancel flights or shorten the length of stay at a resort/hotel.
When traveling to Thailand you are required to have a passport valid for no less than 6 months upon arrive. Apply and arrange for passports well in advance of your departure date.

SkyGen does not accept any liability in contract or in tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure, unanticipated or uncontrollable event or effect on our part or directly or indirectly in connection with any trip organised by SkyGen on the Client’s behalf. The Client agrees to release, defend and hold harmless SkyGen and its officers, employees and agents from all such liability and indemnify each of them severally against any claims that may be made by or through the Client related to and via any use of this website, social media, and in directly in person, in any manner.
